Alcohol and fitness does mix! This was quick production based on a basic idea of a guy drinking while working out. It was originally made to show in a college class, just to have something to show. Didn't have time to re-shoot anything to help solidify the plot or resolve. And editing was done extremely fast. Fastest production I've ever attempted to do, with first time crew. Music is by Queen "You're My Best Friend" and Jack Beaver, "Workaday World".

The FaniNaka Show is Coming!!
Hopefully I can make this show grow and get better and better with my animation and show ideas. Subscribe to the channel! Youtube updates faster then openfilm.com so I'm guessing I'll be using Youtube for the quicker releases. But hopefully I can get this thing all over the web.

How Much is too much?
For some reason I always have the hardest time wondering: how much rendering is enough? I used to say: "Until you can tell what the drawing is illustrating". But now sometimes I feel like it has to be incredibly elaborate just to get the attention of the viewer for over a second.

Ink Creatures
I haven't really stopped creating creatures, but I have changed my approach a little. I have been using Microns and a Sharpie to produce these kind of strange creatures by mixing together several different types of animals and insects. I have also utilized the experiment I was making with the "Macrocosmic Microcosm"(which is what inspired this approach altogether). I don't know how long this series will be, but I am having fun doing it.

Guild Wars: Wintersday Art Contest Entry
I'm really a fan of this game called Guild Wars and I decided to, once again, take a stab at one of their art contests. This one was about an annual event called "Wintersday" that corresponds with the new year. The two characters in my entry are "Grenith", the God of Death and Ice, and "Dwayna" the Goddess of Healing and Air who battle each other to win this day. Though I feel I could have worked on it a bit longer before I submitted, I think I'll continue working with it beyond the disclosure of the winners.
